Letter of Transmittal

A letter of transmittal can help keep your paperwork organized

When mailing or faxing paperwork to your customer or whoever, a letter of transmittal can be very helpful in keeping the paperwork straight.

This piece of paper is much like a cover letter and it lets the recipient know what to expect to find in the paperwork, and even more importantly if something is missing.

It also gives the recipient a convenient place to locate your contact information, and it can allow you to give instruction to the recipient, such as "sign and return", or "for your files", or "correct and return", etc.

We have a letter of transmittal available for purchase here.
