WH-347 Contractor's Payroll Form and WH-348 Certification or Statement Of Compliance

The WH-347 Contractor's Payroll Form and WH-348 Certification aka Statement of Compliance Form are put out by the U.S. Department of Labor.

The governing entity on a Federal public works project will have you fill in and submit the WH-347 and WH-348 to them to make sure that all of your employees on the job are being paid properly.

They're typically a pain in the bu** to deal with (not the government, the forms although now that I think about it... ;) but we've made it easy! :)
